Greetings from the last of the "Wild West" right here in Jackson Hole Wyoming, and Welcome to The Million Dollar Cowboy Steak House! We are a western steak house with traditional steaks and a western flair. Mouth watering cuisine in an elegant yet rustic dining atmosphere.

Thanks to the passion of a few good people for creating our restaurant in honor of Bob Taylor's Ranch House in Las Vegas, NV. In July of 1995 owners Roger and Hagan Dudley with Art and Carol Anderson came up with the concept and need of a Steakhouse in Jackson. After hunting down and buying the beautiful knobbled pine from all over Wyoming for 3-4 years, the project began. With the help of Tara Dudley as interior designer, then of Anita Brooks Interiors and architect Roger Strout the dream became a reality. With a collection of Art and Carol Anderson's personal memorabilia of western art and cowboy heritage that adorns the welcoming hall adding to the restaurant's unique ambience. It has evolved into a Jackson tradition for many families touring "Jelly Stone" National Park in the summer and avid skiers and snow boarders in the winter from all corners of the globe, as well as the support of our local guests. We'd like to thank you all for our growing success and reputation as a Jackson landmark.

It was November of 2003 that Chef Kevin Gries and Stacy Gries along with a newborn daughter, Samantha, dining manager Geof Roberts and a core of local culinary and food service professionals had the opportunity to take this successful business over and take it to the next level! With over 20 years in the business our chef has been all over the good ole USA bringing a variety of flavors and tastes to please your palate. Our specialties of course are our mouthwatering Sterling Black Angus Steak as well as our many Signature Rocky Mountain Game specials and Seafood's from around the globe as well.
